Kia V CoVen and Sys-K in Period Basis

Not sure how this one started, however after watching Top Gear I log back on to find the shit is hitting the fan. KIA has reportedly got 70-80 ship massed in a system with a titan ready to bait and combined C0ven/Sys-K fleet of no more than 40.  The call is going out for all ship to make a fast beeline for the fight massing in VYO in Period Basis.

Sketchy intel between the blue fleet gives the inbound ships some heart stopping moments on the way in however the stand-off is holding.  Finally the blue fleet is massed in VYO on the TCAG gate at optimals,  with the red fleet the same the other side.  Scouts are in position but being 56 V 70 + titan blue decide to try and hold on the gate.

Finally a couple of reds jump in a dictor bubble goes up and they instapop.  A few joke in Vent about the best way to take them down is if they trickle in.  Scouts in TCAG notice a local down and the gate fires.  But for a second no major local up.  Then one lonely red appears and again goes down hard, followed by a big local up (don’t you just love lemmings).  As he pops a second ship appears and as primary is called the rest of the red fleet decloaks.  A fairly even fight ensues,  HACS and support V HACS and support.  The red fleet manage to get out of the bubbles and warp to a Cov ops hiding behind the Blue HAC blob.  The lasts apporx 15-20 mins with both sides fairly even in loses.  However the greater starting number means the red fleet now has almost double the Blue numbers.

A regroup is called and everyone tries to get safe.  A fairly even fight.  KB’s give between 20 and 30 reds killed for between 25 and 35 blue losses.
